The Role

This is a client-facing position at the center of our client journey, from Signature Suite styling appointments to everyday interactions with customers preparing for international ski holidays.

You will work closely with our owner across styling, visual merchandising, content, and client relationship management. The work is varied. The standard is high. The environment is boutique.

Luxury Retail Stylist

(20–25 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver personalised styling experiences for customers across our premium and luxury collections
• Support the Owner with store presentation, client follow-up, and styling suite appointments
• Grow and engage our audience through purposeful content creation 
• Assist with visual merchandising and product storytelling to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand positioning
• Support stock processing and daily operations with high attention to detail
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our brand portfolio, ski apparel functionality, and sizing systems
• Guide clients to decisions they feel completely confident in
• Manage VIP client preferences, wish lists, and re-styling requests

Who You Are

• You have previous experience in premium or luxury retail (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle) and a genuine passion for styling
• You bring a confident, polished presence and understand how to sell through service, not pressure
• You take initiative, thrive in boutique environments, and enjoy working in a close-knit team
• You're available 2-3 consistent days per week, ideally with mid-week and one weekend day availability
• You bring warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to every client interaction
• A genuine connection to alpine culture, on the mountain or off it

Casual Alpine Retail Specialist

(Casual - Peak Season)

Snowscene is Brisbane's only luxury alpine boutique. We're looking for a polished, client-focused retail professional to join us for the upcoming ski season.

This is a boutique environment. The brands are world-class. The standard of service is high.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in premium or luxury retail
• Availability for a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during peak season
• Available across our two peak periods, June to September and October to January
• A client-first mindset and impeccable presentation
• The ability to work confidently across our brand portfolio, Goldbergh, Toni Sailer, Fusalp, and more
• A genuine connection to alpine culture, on the mountain or off it
