Express delivery nationwide.

Orders up to $299: $10 express shipping
Orders $299 and above: Free express shipping

Metro areas: 1–2 business days
Regional areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Orders placed before 12pm ship the same day.
Startrack cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so a physical address is required.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, Startrack will leave a card with collection instructions.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours with an alternative or provide a full refund.

International
New Zealand: $25 express shipping
Rest of the world: $35 express shipping

Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
We offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
