Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are dispatched the same business day.
We ship via StarTrack. A physical delivery address is required, as StarTrack cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.
Delivery is considered complete once the courier records the parcel as delivered to the nominated address.
Authority to Leave & Signature on Delivery
At checkout, customers can choose how their order is delivered:

Authority to Leave
If authority to leave is selected, the courier may leave the parcel unattended in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. -
Signature on Delivery
If authority to leave is not selected at checkout, the delivery will default to signature on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection.
Once a parcel has been delivered and marked as delivered by the courier (including deliveries completed under authority to leave), responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Snowscene cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft occurring after delivery has been completed by the carrier.
If you are concerned about unattended delivery, we recommend selecting signature on delivery or arranging delivery to a secure address like your workplace.
Stock Availability
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
International Shipping

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Returns
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided items are returned in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
