Ideally we are searching for people who are excited to be joining a high performing, close nit family owned business, with an extensive local customer base and 40 year history.

What should you Bring?

• Either seasonal experience or multiple past winter ski trips
• Open conversationalist and can communicate well to all levels of clients
• Natural at building rapport quickly
• Driven work ethic, with the ability to multitask and thrive within a busy seasonal work atmosphere
• Customer service / retail experience in the ski industry would be a plus but not necessary

The day to day

This is a fast-paced seasonal business and you will be involved in enhancing our clients over all experience before they embark on their amazing snow holiday from:

• Delivering premium customer service and commencing the clients snow holiday journey with Snowscene
• Building and maintaining an expert level of product knowledge
• Replenishing and maintaining stock
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
• Assisting the store to achieve Key Performance Indicators

Founded in Brisbane in 1984, this iconic family-owned and operated business is the only Travel Agency in Queensland that specialises in bespoke Ski Travel leisure experiences, having earned themselves a reputation as the experts in Ski destination Travel. They have been organising snow holidays for over 35 years and have visited over 100 resorts worldwide. 

Now more than ski travel experts, the business also specialises in high quality ski and snowboarding clothing and accessories at the same premises and we have been welcoming clients through our doors 7 days a week since.
