Snowscene Terms & Conditions Website
Snowscene Retail is a trading division of Snobus Pty Ltd ABN 30 071 585 281. Snobus Pty Ltd is a fully licensed travel agent, license number 1340. Snobus Pty Td is a fully accredited IATA travel agency, license number 02353282.
All reference to Snowscene Retail in this agreement is related to its entity members & the trading company of Snobus Pty Ltd. Snobus Pty Ltd is covered by these terms & conditions.

Please read all booking, payment & cancellation conditions then inform all other party members of all conditions, information and travel insurance. By purchasing a deal with Dealski it is accepting these conditions.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Snowscene Retail’s main objective is offering consumers a comprehensive range of snow sport clothing, accessories and essentials product for a snow holiday.

2. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with Snowscene and (iii) you will use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as per the log in & payment pages.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree to use the Site solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Further, you agree not to (a) interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way, or use the Site in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users; (b) use the Site for any illegal purpose or in any manner that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions; or (c) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the Site or any other communications received from Snowscene. Any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised use of the Site shall constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
By registering online to access the Snowscene site you are agreeing to provide your email to Snowscene for email marketing use for store deals & travel deals related to the Snowscene site.  There is an unsubscribe link on all communication.  If you did not sign up to Snowscene you are to notify the support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

5. INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
The information published on this Site about particular goods and services is based on material supplied to by Merchants and other third parties.  Each supplier is responsible for the inclusions & description of their property/resort/product. Deals provided are by those legally authorized to act on behalf of the supplier trading with Snowscene.  Every endeavour has been made by Snowscene to ensure that the contents of this site are accurate and correct at all times.  Snowscene cannot be held liable for any amendments or errors to any information contained in the website if a Supplier increases or changes their costs after publication date, and with its suppliers, reserve the right to amend any details including pricing at any time without advice.

6. CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE
A Voucher is only available for purchase once a specified number of users have made an order to purchase the Voucher on the Site during a specified availability period, selected deals are subject to availability at time of redemption of voucher.

6.1 By making an order to purchase a Voucher on the Site, you agree that: (a) you are making an offer and commitment to purchase the Voucher; (b) your nominated credit card will be charged for the value of the Voucher; (c) Snowscene reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject your order to purchase a Voucher for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. If Snowscene cancels your order a full refund will be provided. Once you have made an order to purchase a Voucher, you cannot cancel your order. Declined transactions will not be honoured at a later date.

7. ISSUING VOUCHERS
You will only be issued a Voucher if the Minimum Order Number has been reached & full payment from you has been received. After voucher has been received deals are to be redeemed prior to expiry date.

8. VOUCHER CONDITIONS
You acknowledge and agree that your purchase of a Voucher from Snowscene may be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be disclosed on the Site prior to your purchase of the Voucher.  You agree to be bound by those specific terms and conditions, and acknowledge that if there is any inconsistency between those terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, those terms and conditions will prevail.

9. CREDIT CARD FEES
Apply to all bookings. A 1% (Mastercard, Visa) – only cards accepted on the site.

10. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once Voucher has been redeemed through Snowscene as per voucher instructions a booking confirmation & itinerary will be forwarded to you within 48 hours of your redemption. If there are any issues with your redemption the support team from Snowscene will be in contact.  Snowscene will not be liable if contact information is not provided and client contact cannot be made.

11. CANCELLATION POLICY
Strictly no refunds for any purchase off the Dealski site. Name changes are allowed in some cases, fees apply.

12. CONSUMER CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
Should you encounter any problems on your holiday it is recommended that you try to resolve directly with the supplier or contact the Snowscene support team.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Snowscene strongly recommends that you obtain adequate Travel Insurance.  For a very small investment, Travel Insurance can protect you against such contingencies as cancellation fees, loss of baggage, theft of ski equipment, additional expenses and personal liability.

14. INDEMNITY, RELEASE & LIMITATION
Snowscenewill not be liable for damage, loss, injury or death to you on your holiday or associated with a purchase from Dealski, and costs incurred in connection with shop.snowscene.com.au

The laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia, apply to this agreement and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts in relation to any disputes.
